Lucy began her musical career singing in Chicago bars before moving to New York to mingle with the likes of Suzanne Vega, Steve Forbert and Shawn Colvin. Recognized for her beautiful flair for harmony, she became everyone’s favorite singing partner until she left the musical fast track to pursue a doctorate in Psychology. Continuing to sing, she was lured back to the scene by a hook-up with Colvin, after which she signed with Red House Records, started playing gigs, and never looked back.
